Our library is a must-visit place if you are interested in the French language, France, and Francophone culture. You will find a wide range of books on various subjects, for every age, language level, and interest. A significant part of the collection is in French, yet we do have a considerable number of bilingual books as well.

The main collections of the library comprise the following sections:

• Learner’s library: French texts sorted by levels, grammar books and  DELF/DALF study materials to practice French.
• Fiction (literature’s classics, latest awarded books of contemporary French literature) and non-fiction
• Children’s corner, board games
• Comics for adults and young readers

Anyone may visit the library and enjoy the collections. However, a membership with the library is required to access specific services like borrowing documents and accessing our French digital library, Culturethèque. Click here to know more about our French digital library.

• Place for study Limited seats are available to work and study at the library.
• Borrowing: Library members may borrow any 2 books for 3  weeks. Certain books are only for reference and consultation within the library.
• Access to computers, free internet access and audiovisual contents (TV5 Monde, France 24).
• Access to Culturetheque: On this online platform, library members will discover the French & Francophone culture with various magazines, newspapers, audiobooks, podcasts, music, short animation films, classical and contemporary French novels, comics and easy to read French books. Members can borrow up to 5 novels and 15 magazines for 30 days. In all the other sections, they can read and watch unlimited online books and videos.
• Library Activities Our French Library regularly organizes games, workshops and several other events to enable its members to discover more and more of the French language and culture.

Culturethèque is the digital library of the French cultural network abroad.
It allows you to:

• Catch up on the latest editions of your favorite magazines
• View concerts and shows
• Listen to lectures
• Introduce your kids to French with cultural learning materials
• Read e-books and comics
• Take advantage of language-learning materials tailored to your needs
